We are looking for a full-time Biology Technician to join the successful Biology Department here at UCS.
Ideal credentials
The main functions of the role are to work with the Senior Biology Technician to support a team of Biology Teachers in the preparation of practicals and the maintenance of departmental equipment and resources, so facilitating the teaching of pupils from Year 7 through to Sixth Form.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a Biology or Science academic qualification. In addition, laboratory technician experience in Biology is highly desirable, including previous experience in the use of data logging equipment. Experience in the educational field and/or of working with children would be advantageous.
