UCS Drama Department presents a spellbinding production of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Tony Award-winning musical, “Into the Woods,” running for three nights only from November 26th to 28th!

This enchanting tale goes beyond the classic fairy tales we know and love. What if getting your wish wasn’t the final chapter? “Into the Woods” weaves a witty and poignant story, exploring the consequences of desires and the complexities of “happily ever after.”

Join us as a beloved baker and his wife venture into the unknown to break a witch’s curse. Along the way, they’ll encounter iconic characters like Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Jack (of beanstalk fame!), each with their own dreams and destinies intertwined.

This production promises a magical experience for audiences of all ages. With a passionate cast and crew of 40 dedicated UCS pupils, this promises to be our most ambitious musical yet, rivalling even the phenomenal performance of Oliver! in 2022!
