University College School is an academically selective boys independent school in the heart of Hampstead, North London. The Junior Branch is seeking to appoint a full time KS2 from September 2025. The precise allocation of subjects and duties will be finalised by the beginning of the Summer Term 2025.
We are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher who can teach across the curriculum, but experience with teaching the upper KS2 range will be a distinct advantage as will the ability and willingness to teach games. There may also be an opening for a candidate with a strong background in literacy who is keen to take on the management of our large and successful English department. This will be a permanent position and is also open to early career teachers. Enthusiasm to help with our vibrant extra-curricular programme will also be a strong preference, as will willingness to be a form tutor and to assist with school trips.
