We are looking for an Estates Administrator to join a successful and vibrant department at this major London day school.

Role & responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Estates Administrator is the department’s front-line connection to the school community on repair and maintenance-related requests through the management of a repairs helpdesk system. This role provides administrative support to the Estates Services Team, which includes the Head of Estates, Health and Safety Office, Site Services Manager, and Estates Projects Coordinator, for any contractor meetings and site queries.

This role will also be responsible for instructing and assisting site contractors and providing access to areas as needed.
