We are looking for a full-time Senior Biology Technician to lead the support staff in a highly successful Biology Department at this leading London day school.
Ideal candidate
Applications are being invited for a permanent, full-time Senior Biology Technician. The main functions will be to supervise the work of our Second Technician and to support our team of Biology Teachers in the preparation of practicals and the maintenance of departmental equipment and resources to support the teaching of pupils from Year 7 through to Sixth Form.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Science or specific Biology qualification, strengths in the use of data logging equipment and experience of working in a laboratory. The candidate will also have experience in the educational field, excellent interpersonal skills and an independent approach to tasks, as well as being comfortable working closely with young people.
