We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Human Resources Team at University College School. The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and will cover a wide and varied range of employment-related administrative functions for UCS central register issues.

Right candidate

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a range of compliance issues particular to education recruitment, employment safeguarding practices, as well as updating HR systems and paper files. The right candidate will also provide customer-focused service to all staff and contractors across the UCS Foundation’s three schools, working closely with the HR and Payroll Team.

You will have proven experience of working with administrative or Human Resources processes or within a customer-focused environment, allied to effective team-working skills. You will need to have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, an ability to use your own initiative and a proven capacity to meet strict deadlines. Experience of managing your own workload and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential. A good understanding of safeguarding and employment law would be an advantage.
