University College School is an academically selective boys independent school in the heart of Hampstead, North London. The Junior Branch is seeking to appoint a full-time Head of Maths on the Holly Hill site from September 2023.
Experience & enthusiasm
We are looking for an experienced teacher to lead this key department. The ideal candidate will have degree or A Level Maths and have experience teaching either lower KS3 and/or at an advanced level at KS2. Enthusiasm to help with computing and/or our extra-curricular programme, including but not limited to Games, would be a strong preference, as would willingness to be a Form Tutor and to assist with school trips.
UCS has its own generous salary scale, which is above national pay scales, and class sizes of approximately 20. This is an exciting opportunity to join a popular, academic, happy school and its team of excellent teachers.
